Return Policy

Our 30 Days Return & Exchange Policy:

Any return please write the return request to us, or we will reject your return and not refund you. Please make sure to contact us within 30 days upon parcel arrival and inspect to see if there is anything you are not satisfied with. After 30 days, we reserve the right to refuse your application on refund or replacement or exchange.

Defect -- We will exchange the defective products, but only if the defects are clearly visible. We need pictures before you return the products to us (get our approval first please). If it's your reason(e.g. size change) to return the products themselves for exchange, yourself are to bear the shipping costs for both ways.

Part missing/short delivery -- Notice us at your earliest convenience within 14 business days upon parcel arrival. Provide with us clear photos for the parcel you received – package and the contents thereof. For either part missing or short delivery, please make sure to send us clear photos via email before you return the product (get our written approval first please). Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse to accept return/refund/exchange/replacement and yourself bear any loss incurred.

Not like the product? -- if the product itself has no problem but you don’t like it, we accept return and refund within 14 business days upon parcel arrival (you bear the shipping cost for both ways); or exchange (you prepay the returning shipping cost – while when we send you the new one we will input an extra gift with equivalent value of the returned freight you prepaid.

Error Ordering -- You agree that you shall pay a restocking fee equal to twenty percent(20%) of the price of the item(excluding any tax and shipping charges) you wish to return, as determined by us. We will contact you when we receive an eligible and properly returned Item to arrange a credit/refund of the remaining amounts owed to you.

Free Shipping -- applys to succesfully transcation: a. buyer are happy on the goods and service b. product defect or short part or lost during the transportation; which won't apply to situtaion as above "Not like the product" - it means although you got one "free shipping item" , but upon you get it and not like it at your personal reason, you can return at your own cost but you have to bear the origiinal shipping cost from us to you(Please undersand no carrier ship any item from us to you for free, it won't be fair for us to bear the loss due to your personal reason)
