- We ship goods via Fedex/USPS/Canada Post. Usually it takes 3-9 business days within Canada and USA.

- Please kindly check your address if it belongs to remote area (check our postal code chart below). Please be noted our system cannot automatically charge the extra cost on the invoice to non-remote area customers and please pay the corresponding extra shipping cost to us via paypal or credit card.
Shipment Address Change
New shipment address: if you want the parcel shipped to an address rather than the default one verified by Paypal, please notice us via seperate email to firstname.lastname@example.org once you decide to buy. We don’t take any responsibility on extra cost of re-delivering caused by late notice of shipping address change and once you make your payment, please give us your phone number as the shipping company needs it.
Please be advised all our parcels which have been sent out did not request a receiver signature (but can be traced online when they're on carrier’s system), which means the parcels will be dropped off at your front door if nobody is at home. If you do need to receive the parcel in person and leave signature to the carrier, please pay extra $3 to us for the signature service charged by the shipping company.
If you like to spend 10% of the total cost for insurance, any lost/broken during shipping will be covered. Otherwise if due to accdient take place eg home move after shipping etc reason caused parcel lost - the customer themsevles bear the whole losss. I am not responsible for any un-insured items that are lost/damaged in the post.
