Our 30 Days Return & Exchange Policy:
1. Requirement for Returning or Exchanging Items
a. Items must be received within 60 days from the shipping date;
b. Items must be received in oraginal contition - unused (without the smell of perfume), not in damaged or worn condition
2. How to Return an Item
a. Let A99 Golf's Customer Service know what item you want to send back and the reason for your return
i. Send an email to email@example.com include your order information; if the product detect problem or receive the wrong item, also please take a photo and send to us.
b. Return Address
i. Return address will be provided by A99 Golf's Customer Service via email
ii. The return address is located in Canada
c. Provide the order information in your package - the processing of refund/exchange may be delay once got your returned package
i. What do you need to provide?
(1). Order number
(2). Product Name or Model number of the items you would like to return
(3). Reasons for your return (Just mark one of the provided reasons)
ii. Put the order information inside the return package.
d. Declare the value of the package: $19.00
e. Please notice us once the return parcel shipped out to firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Return Shipping Fee
In general, you are responsible for the return shipping fee both way, unless there was an error on A99 Golf's part (such as incorrect item, size, or color), we will assume the return shipping fee, or provide you with an alternative solution.
4. Exchange (General Infornation)
a. If exchage for your onw resean (not like the Color, Size is not suitable), you pay the returning shipping cost and the reshipping fee, we will send you the new item when we receive the return item in oraginal conditions and your reshipping fee.
b. If exchage for our error (product detect, missing part or send the wrong color or size), you prepay the returning shipping cost – while when we send you the new one we will input an extra gift with equivalent value of the returned freight you prepaid.
5. Refund (General Infornation)
a. Returned items are subject to verification of error by our QC team. We will do this once we've received the item you've returned.
b. A99 Golf will complete the refund (deduct the shipping to you cost if not our error you want to return) in 7 days after receiving your returns and verification. email@example.com will send you an email to inform you that Romwe has received your returns. 7 days later, you will get a confirmation email from PayPal regarding your refund.
